These are very nice panels! I like them so much I am ordering more to finish out the wall (I only did spaces directly behind my speakers, and bare wall between them, behind my tv.) The smoked color is very nice and these are very well made. Packaging can result in some burnishing of the finish so if this happens to you, you can safely fix it. Saves you the hassle of returning and then the wait for replacements. I worked with Aku before trying this as I wanted to be sure it was safe. I used 1500 grit sandpaper. Rub the spots with just a little pressure & ensure you stay straight up & down. Do a little at a time until any marks are gone, and go above and below the marks (if any) so it blends. The burnish was gone and the color stayed the same so you can't tell anything happened or was fixed. Aku was super easy to work with and they even contacted me directly. Excellent customer service!!

Very easy to install. I got the natural oak and stained the slats my desired color. Staining 26’ of slats took a couple days, but I’m very happy with the results.

Easy to install and look great. I ordered the natural oak color and then stained them myself to get the color match with the rest of my home.
The product is ok, it’s not very easy to cut or work with, hard to cut but can also be delicate when you’re cutting as a square can break off the backing. I started out with only a few pieces to make a small backsplash for a bathroom sink, was going to do a full accent wall in same bathroom but after working with a few pieces I have decided against the accent wall. I also built a customer trim piece around it so you don’t see the edges.

The color matches our alder cabinets and doors perfectly, and it was a competitive price for the panels. Shipping price was a bit high, but the panels were packed and handled well and arrived in perfect condition, quickly. We are overall really happy with the product and the customer service.
The wall slats made our dining room look so much nicer, warmer and elegant. Installation was fairly easy.

The wood strips are beutiful but the dark background takes away, need lighter colors choices for the back panels, not eveybody likes the dark backing
I’m still not sure if I’m gonna add these wood panels to my wall. They look good but I’ve not made a decision after looking at the sample.
Color selection was great and delivery met my project needs.

It looks great when we took a significant amount of extra time to install them. We thought it would be very easy to just then put and install them. A lot of the edge pieces were misshapen. They were not equal in size. This caused large gaps when trying to place the tiles side by side. We had to cut those tiles away from the backing and individually move them around until we were able to remove MOST of the gaps. This is poor quality control. We mounted our tile to plywood with construction adhesive and hung it like a picture.

I now have the full range of samples. Very pleased. Client likes them so will be integrating them into my upcoming remodeling project.
The panels arrived decently protected while strapped onto the pallet. Upon unboxing all the panels were in great shape. I will say that you must be careful if using a razor knife so as not to slice the wood slats. There is no protective film or any air gaps between the panels and the cardboard. The installation process was pretty straight forward with the help of a second person. I really like the look and feel the room has now, much more dramatic and pleasing to the eyes. I don't have any finish photos yet as we have other remodeling to do in the room but i can absolutely share them when the project is finished.

Quality is excellent, and installation in my office was straightforward. The only small wish is a remote option for the sconces, but that's a minor nitpick. High quality! These are so much better than the ones I could have picked up locally at Lowes or Home Depot. Thicker slats, finished on all sides. Delivery had a mishap (delivered 300+ pounds of product to the wrong house at the end of the driveway in the rain) but the product was fantastic and fortunately not damaged in the wet boxes.
