Some of these partners may use the data they collect to deliver targeted advertising, including across other sites and devices. Sharing of identifiers with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California and other US state privacy laws. • Functional: Remember your preferences (language, region).

You can manage cookies through your browser settings or, where available, through the cookie banner displayed on the Site. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. To opt out of interest-based advertising from participating advertisers, visit aboutads.info/choices or networkadvertising.org/choices.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements, typically 7 years in the US), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if deletion is not possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How we keep your information safe

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and use of vetted service providers. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@akuwoodpanel.com.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent's authority.

9. Do-Not-Track signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry standard for how to interpret DNT signals, we currently do not respond to them. We do, however, honor recognized opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) for residents of states whose laws require it.
