We strive to ship every order within 48 business hours. In-stock orders are delivered within 7 to 10 days to the contiguous USA (allow up to 14 days). 118.1" XL panels and orders of 25+ boxes ship by LTL freight in 7 to 12 days. Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping is free on 5 or more 94.5" panel boxes and on 11 or more 118.1" XL panels. Smaller orders ship from $49, samples always ship free. You always see the exact costs at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and the original shipping costs are not refunded. Email info@akuwoodpanel.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

After placing your order you receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow the delivery. Check your junk folder if you don't receive anything.

Return shipping is at your own expense. Did your order arrive damaged, defective or incorrect? Report it within 7 days of delivery and we cover the costs, including shipping.

Contact us as soon as possible via info@akuwoodpanel.com. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter processing, usually within 48 business hours. Entered the wrong address by mistake? Let us know straight away and we'll try to adjust the delivery.

Right after checkout you receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and an overview of your order. No email? Check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

You'll see the payment methods available for your order at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Prices exclude sales tax. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We ship from US stock, so there are no import duties.

Offers and discounts are usually applied directly to the price, so you see the right price straight away. Received a discount code anyway? Enter it in the discount field at checkout, before completing payment.

Our AkuPanels are made of real wood veneer with a 3-sided finish. We pay attention to sustainability and quality in production. Each product page has more information about the material and use of that panel.

Dust the panels regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning products and avoid prolonged direct exposure to moisture. This keeps the warm look and texture of the wood veneer at its best.

Yes. Our panels are designed for easy DIY installation. You can fix them with screws or glue them with our High Tack installation kit - no drilling. You'll find step-by-step instructions on our installation page. One tube of adhesive fixes about 2 panels.

Yes, and we recommend it. Colors on a screen always differ from real life. Order samples of your favorite colors to see the texture and finish at home. Samples ship for free.
